I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT A COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON AT ANY MOMENTIF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THESE RULES OR YOU GHOST ME WITHOUT ANY REASON YOU'LL BE BALCKLISTED
This means that you won't be able to commission me and partecipating for any of my adopt auctions or raffles
However, a second chance can be given in certain rare cases (If you will make another important mistake, no other chances will be given)I CAN CHANGE MY TOS IN ANY MOMENT AND FOR ANY REASON
SO PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THEM EVEN IF YOU DID COMMISSION ME IN THE PAST

Payment

  • I only accept payments via PayPal (prices are in Euros)

  • You shall not send the payment before I say so

  • I'll request a payment after the sketch has been approved. After it's done I'll start working on your commission until it's done

  • If I am unable to complete your commission, I'll send you a refound. However if the commission gets cancelled by other things, no refund will be given

Process

  • Please keep in mind that i am a STUDENT and i have school projects to work on too so I'll might be slow. Please be patient.

  • The piece should take me 2-8 weeks depending if i have school or not. You will be notified in case I need to extend the period.

  • I will send you WIPs on request or not (just don't request me to show the WIP every single day) for feedback. Don't expect to always see progress when asking to view the wip: I am a human being, not an art machine.

  • Large changes are only accepted during the sketch and lineart phase. After the artwork is done i can only apply major changes with a fee which price will depend on how much extra work I'll have to do, or not in case of any errors regarding the design I might commit

Copyright

  • As the Artist I can use my work, commissioned or not COMMERCIALLY, such as selling prints

  • As a Client, you may only use the commissioned artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY

  • The Client can repost the artwork on public galleries, a website cover or a profile picture. The description MUST include a CLEAR credit

  • The Client cannot repost a cropped, filtered and edited version of the artwork online

  • The Client may ask for anonymity when posting

  • Do not remove my signature and claim the commission, adoptable design or trade as your own art

  • The secret password is Dederg

  • You are allowed to use the artwork for personal use ONLY. Do not use any of my works for commercial use.

  • You are allowed to post my work only with proper credit

  • I hold the right to my artworks, let me know if you don't want to post the commission or stream the process online before I start the commission

  • I have the right to use the commission, adoptable and other artworks made by me as examples unless the client asks otherwise

  • Do not repost my art without permission

  • DO NOT FEED MY ART TO AN INSIGNIFICANT AI "ART" GENERATOR OR USE THEM AS NFTS FOR ANY RESON

Trades

  • I have the right to reject a trade for any reason

  • I base my trades on a quality per quantity condition. This states that, depending on your skill level and the piece you'd like to recieve, I can request more than one drawing.

  • After the sketch has been approved, I'll continue my part as soon as possibe after I've approved your sketch.

  • After the sketch's approval, only minor changes can be applied.

  • Ghosting and not responding in months can lead to a graylist (a sort of limbo, tending to a blacklist) and then a blacklist. I am a very patient person, and I understand people have their own struggles in life so I’ll be more than willing to forgive in some cases.

adoptables

  • When you buy a character from me or win an auction I will contact you as soon as possible

  • You must tell me what you'd like to change BEFORE the payment is sent

  • You will recieve the character as soon as i receive the payment

  • You CANNOT claim the character as yours untill i receive the full payment

  • Design changes will be applied with a minor fee

  • Dederg is the code you'll use for the proof to have read the tos

  • My desings cannot be resold before a month has passed since the purchase, and cannot be sold for a higer price unless they come with extra art

  • If you bought a design with art you cannot sell them for money, even if the character has additional artwork

  • If you back off your bet when you have been declared the winner, you might get blacklisted depending on the number of times you’ve done that

  • The sold character cannot be modified at the point that the original design is unrecognizable

  • Even if the character gets a redesign, you must always credit me for the original design

  • Do NOT delete the character off of Toyhouse without my consent (same thing applies to a design trade). I use TH as a masterlist

  • You cannot resell or retrade any adoptable you’ve got before 3 months have passed from the purchase

Original characters

  • Steal any of my characters and I’ll steal your kneecaps

  • Do not heavily take inspiration off of my ocs

  • Feel free to draw my ocs but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT draw nsfw or ship art of them

  • Do not role play as one of my ocs

Bonus art

Every three commission orders, I will doodle one of your characters for free
The type of doodle might vary from a sketch, a colored sketch, some sillies and a “dedergified” (see examples below) version of your oc!

  • Karro_Zylah / SpaceRockavera ghosted me for seven months (July-December) during a trade of which I’ve completed my part a LOT of time ago. I’ve been trying to reach out to them willingly to help with their part but got no response
